THANK YOU!

A heartfelt thank you!

I have so much to be thankful for and today’s an appropriate day to tell you why.

A few years ago, I wrote BRIGHTEST KIND OF DARKNESS and sent it out to agents hoping to secure one with this story. Some agents provided wonderful feedback and eventually I secured an agent with it. BKoD went out to some NY publishing imprints, and while they had nice things to say, they passed on the story. Eventually my agent suggested that I shelve it and work on another proposal. Sure I could’ve worked on something new, but I just couldn’t let BKoD go. In my heart I KNEW it had potential and with the Indie market growing I decided to take a chance and publish it. I’ve never talked in detail about BRIGHTEST KIND OF DARKNESS’ publishing history before, but I thought you all might like to know how you all have turned a NO into a YES in so many ways!

In publishing, word of mouth is hands down the best marketing an author could hope for, so THANK YOU for telling your friends about BRIGHTEST KIND OF DARKNESS! Thank you for posting reviews on Amazon/B&N/Goodreads! Your reviews help others browsing for a new series to read decide to give Ethan and Nara’s story a try. Thank you for participating in cover reveals and posting the countdown widgets on your blogs/websites. YOU are proving that BRIGHTEST KIND OF DARKNESS is a series worth reading. You are showing that it has an audience. THANK YOU, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!

ETHAN and DESTINY’s books are coming…and in the upcoming months I’ll be working on more exciting things.

Love and hugs to you all!
